About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and hands-on Junior Producer to join our dynamic social and broadcast team supporting the production of high-quality, in-house content across social, web, and CRM channels. You’ll be at the heart of bringing creative concepts to life - planning shoots, coordinating talent, liaising with creative partners, and ensuring content is delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.

In this role, you’ll combine operational excellence with a deep understanding of content production, working closely with creatives, other producers, content managers and accounts teams. You’re someone who thrives on logistics, loves the details, and knows what it takes to make a shoot run smoothly. Your background might be in production management, content creation, or digital media, and you’re comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role is perfect for a self-starter who wants to ensure the creative vision is realised at every stage of content development.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Production

Scope and facilitate in-house shoots for social, web, and CRM content from conception to delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand briefs, creative objectives, and create production timelines.

Liaise with internal teams, external studios, freelancers, and production houses to ensure seamless execution.

Schedule shoots, contract talent, search and permit locations, equipment, and production crews (in-house & external)

Oversee on-set social shoots, ensuring content is captured efficiently and to brief, supporting content director and shooter. Creative shooting schedules and ensure permitting insurance and OHS due diligence is being complied with.

Support broadcast producers with booking sound studios, voice over talent, CAD approvals and licencing.

Maintain data bases for all jobs including completion reports and talent contracts

Submit appropriate paperwork for employment of children, complying with State guidelines and then archival of paperwork

Manage internal edit suites

Quote and reconcile all jobs assigned

Content Delivery & Quality

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand strategy and quality standards.

Assist in post-production coordination, reviewing edits, and approving final assets.

Maintain an organised asset library and production documentation to streamline workflows.

Support ideation sessions by providing practical production insights and feasibility advice.

Collaboration

Work with Broadcast social, CRM, and web teams to ensure produced content can be optimally distributed and repurposed.

Identify opportunities to enhance production values across all deliverables.

Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes and workflows.

WHS (Work, Health & Safety)

Ensure production environments are safe and compliant with company policies, whether in-studio, on-location, or working from home.
