About the Role

The Senior Marketing Science Analyst is a technically capable, largely self-sufficient practitioner who owns the data infrastructure, tracking, and measurement function within the Media Technology & Data team. Reporting to the Head of Technology & Data, this role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of GCP/BigQuery environments, Floodlight tracking implementation, GA4 configuration, and campaign reporting working across the full sub-disciplines of Marketing Science including tracking, measurement, data visualisation, and data integration. The Analyst translates complex data into clear commentary and actionable recommendations that drive measurable outcomes for clients, particularly Hyundai Motor Company Australia.

Analyse Performance


Conduct full-funnel analysis of marketing performance across digital channels to identify key trends, insights, and growth opportunities.


Develop and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio, translating raw data into clear stakeholder-ready narratives.

Build, automate, and deliver ad hoc and regular campaign reports with clear commentary and recommendations.


Own the reporting cadence end-to-end — including data pulls, QA, commentary, and distribution.

Tracking & Tag Management


Lead the rebuild and ongoing management of Floodlight tracking implementation across Hyundai campaigns.


Manage GA4 configuration, GTM container maintenance, and connector integrations.


Serve as the technical point-of-contact (POC) for tracking and measurement queries from account and client teams.

Data Infrastructure
& GCP


Own and maintain the GCP/BigQuery environment, including data pipelines, schemas, and the marketing data lake.


Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and governance across all ingestion and transformation processes.


Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues before they impact reporting or client deliverables.

Stakeholder Support


Collaborate with account, media, and client teams to understand reporting needs and provide data support for strategic decisions.


Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

WHS (Work, Health & Safety)

Ensure your work environment is safe whether WFH or in the office.


Follow and promote company policies and procedures.
